    Due to our expansion, our firm is seeking for a trainee in HR.

     

    Tasks :

    • Edition of job descriptions and diffusion of job offers
    • Sort out and select applicants
    • Sourcing
    • Implementation of an effective recruitment strategy
    • Planning of recruitment meetings
    • Pre-selection of applicants by phone
    • Administrative management and staff monitoring
    • Ensure performance and growth of our employer brand
    • Good knowledge of HR and Labour Law

     

    Required Skills :

    • Impeccable spelling, syntax and grammar
    • Have a good knowledge and practice of softwares
    • Drafting skills
    • Communication skills
    • Communication techniques expertise and management of information
    • Be proactive, innovative, creative and implicated
